We could make more honey, faster, by cutting corners. We don't. Everything we do is in service of one idea, that the honey in your jar should be exactly what the bees made, and nothing else.

Filtered only from the comb cap, never fine-strained, so the pollen and enzymes stay in.

Cold-extracted at hive temperature. No pasteurizing, no shortcuts, no dead enzymes.

We let the bees lead.
Our colonies are never treated with chemical medications, and they draw 100% from their own honeycomb. We harvest only the surplus, filter just the wax caps, and never apply heat. What stays behind, the enzymes, the trace pollen, the propolis, is exactly what makes raw honey worth eating.

Our honey is bottled in reusable glass. Send your clean jar back with your next delivery and we clean and refill it. Less glass in the landfill, a lighter footprint, and the same honest honey.
