The details
Every jar is a snapshot of a Belmont season. Our bees forage within a few miles of the hive, so the flavor shifts gently through the year, bright and floral in spring, deeper and caramel-rich by late summer.
We extract cold, filter only the wax cappings, and pour. Nothing is heated, blended, or stripped, which means the natural enzymes, trace pollen, and propolis stay exactly where the bees left them.
