Everything we make is fresh, raw food, so all sales are final. Here is how we keep that fair to you.
All sales are final
Because honey and bee pollen are food, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges once your order has been delivered. We hope that makes sense, it is simply how we keep every jar safe to eat.
If something arrives wrong
We still want you happy. If your order shows up damaged, leaking, missing items, or is not what you ordered, email belmontbeelicious@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo. We will send a replacement or refund that item, your choice. That is on us, not a return.
Subscriptions
You can pause, skip, or cancel a Monthly or Quarterly subscription anytime from your account before your next delivery is prepared. Subscriptions exist to guarantee your year round supply, never to lock you in.
Glass jar recycling
We love our glass back. Rinse your empty jars and hand them to us on your next delivery, and we will clean and reuse them. This is purely about keeping good glass out of the landfill. There is no charge and nothing to redeem, just a smaller footprint for all of us.
