When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email, delivery address, phone number, and order history. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google so we can set up your account.

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, manage your account and subscriptions, answer your messages, and send order updates. With your permission, we may also send the occasional note about new harvests and seasonal honey.

Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store your card number.

We rely on a few trusted providers to run the store: website hosting, our database and login system, payment processing, and Google sign in. They only handle the information needed to do their job, and nothing more.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and your cart working. We do not use them to follow you around other websites.

You can view and update your details in your account, unsubscribe from emails at any time, and ask us to delete your account and personal data by emailing belmontbeelicious@gmail.com.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for our books and tax obligations, then remove what we no longer need.

Our store is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
