Bee Pollen Yogurt Bowl
Our favorite five-minute breakfast. Add the pollen last so it stays crunchy, and never cook it. Raw is how it keeps its delicate flavor and nutrients.

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Local Honey
- 2 teaspoons Raw Bee Pollen
- A handful of fresh berries
- 2 tablespoons granola
Method

Spoon the yogurt into a bowl and smooth the top.

Drizzle with honey, then add the berries and granola.

Finish with a sprinkle of raw bee pollen right before eating so it keeps its texture.

Eat straight away, ideally in the sun.
