Honey & Pollen Energy Bites
No-bake, no fuss, and packed with golden bee pollen. A handful makes a perfect afternoon or pre-hike snack.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup Local Honey
- 2 tablespoons Raw Bee Pollen, plus more for rolling
- 2 tablespoons chia or flax seeds
- Pinch of salt
Method

Stir everything together in a bowl until it forms a sticky dough. If it feels dry, add a little more honey.

Chill the mixture for 15 minutes so it firms up.

Roll into tablespoon-size balls, then roll each one in extra bee pollen to coat.

Keep in the fridge for up to a week, if they last that long.
