Pollen Power Smoothie
A bright, energizing blend with a spoonful of golden pollen on top. Blend the honey in, then sprinkle the pollen last so it stays whole.

Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 3/4 cup milk or juice
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Local Honey
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Raw Bee Pollen, to finish
Method

Add the banana, berries, milk, yogurt, and honey to a blender.

Blend until smooth and thick, adding a splash more liquid if needed.

Pour into a glass and sprinkle the bee pollen on top right before drinking.

Sip in the sunshine.
