Honey Lavender Latte
Cafe comfort at home. Raw honey and a whisper of lavender make a latte that feels like a small ritual.

Ingredients
- 1 shot espresso, or 1/3 cup strong coffee
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon Local Honey
- 1/4 teaspoon dried culinary lavender
Method

Warm the milk gently with the lavender for a few minutes, then strain out the lavender.

Stir the honey into the warm (not boiling) milk until it dissolves.

Pull your espresso into a cup, then pour over the honey-lavender milk.

Froth the top if you like, and enjoy slowly.
