Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon
A weeknight dinner that tastes like a treat. The raw honey caramelizes into a sticky, garlicky glaze in just a few minutes under the broiler.

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Local Honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Sesame seeds and sliced scallions, to serve
Method

Whisk the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice together.

Pat the salmon dry, season lightly, and place on a lined baking sheet.

Brush generously with the glaze and broil for 6 to 8 minutes, brushing once more halfway, until caramelized and just cooked through.

Scatter with sesame seeds and scallions, and serve.
