Whipped Honey Butter
Soft, spreadable, and barely sweet. Whip room-temperature butter with raw honey and it turns into something you'll want on everything from warm bread to pancakes.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons Local Honey
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
Method

Let the butter sit at room temperature until very soft, about an hour.

Beat the butter with a hand mixer for 2 to 3 minutes until pale and fluffy.

Add the honey, salt, and vanilla, and beat again until light and smooth.

Scrape into a jar. Keep at room temperature for a day or two, or refrigerate and soften before serving.
